Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped from our Redmond, Oregon warehouse usually within 3 business days. Occasionally an item is back-ordered in which case you will be notified and given the option of waiting or canceling your order. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is shipped.
No Sales Tax
We are located exclusively in Oregon where there is no sales tax. No matter where you live or would like your purchase shipped, you will not be charged sales tax.

Standard ground shipping within the continental U.S. (3-8 business days)
$8.95 All orders under $100.00 going to the same address
FREE All orders totaling $100.00 or more going to the same address
Express shipping within the continental U.S. (2-3 business days)
$23.50 Flat rate for orders under $100.00 going to the same address
$14.50 Flat rate for orders of $100.00 or more going to the same address
Note: Orders received after 12:00 noon Pacific Time, will require one extra day for delivery.
At this time EssentiallyGreen.net does not offer delivery outside the continental U.S.
Returns
General Policy
Our customers’ satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, minus return shipping charges. If a product is damaged or defective, it may be returned for an exchange or refund, including return shipping charges.
Return Policy for Gifts
If the recipient wishes to return a gift item, we will gladly issue a gift certificate for the full amount of the purchase, minus the return shipping charges.
How to Return Merchandise
Please refer to your packing slip for instructions and make sure your package is properly wrapped, insured and freight prepaid. We cannot accept COD return packages. Items should be returned to:

Refunds
A refund on your credit card will be issued as soon as the merchandise is received. Return shipping charges are only refunded if an item arrived damaged or defective. Please allow one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
Freight Damage
We make every effort to package our merchandise properly, but breakage sometimes occurs. If something arrives broken, please save the box and packaging materials and contact us at once. We will process a freight claim and either replace the item or issue a refund.
